Operational Interlocking Cabinet, manufactured by the "SVEL" Group, is designed to supply and distribute operational interlocking circuits of switching devices at electrical substations and power plants.

Main functions of the cabinet:

• Input of analog and discrete signals: collection and processing of data from various devices and sensors.
• Display of control and signaling commands on the mimic diagram or LCD panel: visualization of the electrical circuit status.
• Information exchange with external systems via Ethernet 10/100 Base TX, Ethernet 10/100 Base FX interfaces using protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, IEC 60870-5-104, GOST R IEC 60870-5-103, IEC 61850: integration into existing automation systems.
• Event registration and buffering of transmitted information: storage and transmission of system operation data.
• Diagnostics of the performance of technical means installed in the cabinet: monitoring equipment status and timely detection of faults.
• Organization of power supply for operational interlocking circuits from a DC source capable of autonomous operation for at least 2 hours: ensuring reliable operation during power supply failures.
• Distribution across operational interlocking circuits with galvanic isolation of consumers from inputs: preventing mutual influence of circuits.
• Redundant power supply for operational interlocking circuits with automatic transfer to a backup source upon loss of the main power supply: enhancing system reliability.
• Insulation monitoring of operational interlocking circuits with detection of earth faults: ensuring safety and preventing emergency situations.

Cabinet assembly includes:

• Metal case with one or two doors, providing protection for the installed equipment.
• Devices and instruments mounted inside the case, including manual control and signaling mechanisms.
• Rows of terminals and cable entries for connecting external circuits.
• Keys for doors (1 pc per cabinet) to restrict access.
• Set of spare parts and accessories (keys, indicator lamps, etc.) — according to the cabinet's passport.
• Set of operating documentation, including operation and maintenance manuals.
