Non-power poles
Non-power poles are designed for outdoor electrical lighting with underground cable entry and for mounting brackets with lighting fixtures. They comply with the requirements of GOST 32947-2014 and STO 15868508-001-2018.
Classification of Non-Power Poles:
- By design:
- Faceted flange poles: feature a polygonal cross-section and are attached to the foundation using a flange.
- Faceted direct-burial poles: installed directly into the ground without flange connections.
- Tubular flange poles: characterized by a circular cross-section and flange attachment.
- Tubular direct-burial poles: circular cross-section, mounted into the ground without a flange.
- By presence of inspection hatch:
- Version "02": equipped with an inspection hatch for servicing internal wiring.
- Version "01": without an inspection hatch.
Materials and Protection:
The poles are made from high-quality sheet steel grades VSt3 and 09G2S. For corrosion protection, hot-dip galvanizing is applied in accordance with GOST 9.307-21. Additionally, a paint coating according to the RAL catalog can be applied.
Package and Installation:
The standard delivery set includes:
- Bolts for bracket attachment.
- Grounding nut.
- Plate for installing electrical equipment (for version "02").
Fasteners for attaching to the foundation block are not included and are agreed upon additionally depending on the installation method. There are two main methods for attaching the pole to the foundation:
- Using bolts: flanges fit tightly together.
- Using studs: allows for pole alignment using locknuts.
At the customer's request, fasteners of different strength classes and with various anti-corrosion coatings can be used.
