Modular buildings with transformer substations
Modular buildings with transformer substations (E-House), manufactured by the "SVEL" Group, are a set of interconnected modules on a common foundation, forming a unified space. They are designed for receiving, converting, and distributing three-phase alternating current with a voltage of up to 10 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz in urban, utility, social, and industrial facilities.
Main Technical Characteristics:
- Rated Power: from 250 kV∙A to 2 500 kV∙A
- Maximum Operating Altitude: up to 1 000 m above sea level
- Climatic Version: class 1 as per GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543.1-89
- Operating Temperature Range: from -60 °C to +40 °C
- Seismic Resistance: up to 9 points on the MSK-64 scale
- Permissible Snow Load: up to 3 200 Pa
- Wind Speed: up to 36 m/s (dynamic wind pressure up to 800 Pa)
- Ice Thickness: up to 20 mm
Design Advantages:
- Mobility and high factory readiness: ensure quick installation and commissioning.
- Independence from weather conditions during installation: allows for setup at any time of the year, regardless of ambient temperature.
- High thermal insulation and fire-resistant properties of the E-House shell.
- Environmental friendliness and human safety.
- No excessive load on the building foundation.
- Ease of transportation and no need for additional finishing.
