Block-Module Buildings for Transformer Substations and Switchgear Units

Modular buildings with transformer substations

Modular buildings with transformer substations (E-House), manufactured by the "SVEL" Group, are a set of interconnected modules on a common foundation, forming a unified space. They are designed for receiving, converting, and distributing three-phase alternating current with a voltage of up to 10 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz in urban, utility, social, and industrial facilities.

Main Technical Characteristics:

  • Rated Power: from 250 kV∙A to 2 500 kV∙A
  • Maximum Operating Altitude: up to 1 000 m above sea level
  • Climatic Version: class 1 as per GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543.1-89
  • Operating Temperature Range: from -60 °C to +40 °C
  • Seismic Resistance: up to 9 points on the MSK-64 scale
  • Permissible Snow Load: up to 3 200 Pa
  • Wind Speed: up to 36 m/s (dynamic wind pressure up to 800 Pa)
  • Ice Thickness: up to 20 mm

Design Advantages:

  • Mobility and high factory readiness: ensure quick installation and commissioning.
  • Independence from weather conditions during installation: allows for setup at any time of the year, regardless of ambient temperature.
  • High thermal insulation and fire-resistant properties of the E-House shell.
  • Environmental friendliness and human safety.
  • No excessive load on the building foundation.
  • Ease of transportation and no need for additional finishing.
  • High sound insulation.
  • Lower cost compared to capital construction (brick, concrete, etc.) and reduced labor costs during construction.
  • Ability to install on any soil.
  • Seismic resistance up to 9 points.

Applications:

  • Oil and Gas Industry
  • Energy Sector
  • Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metallurgy
  • Engineering
  • Chemical and Petrochemical Industry
  • Infrastructure Projects
  • Agriculture
