Block-Module Buildings for Transformer Substations and Switchgear Units

Modular buildings with switchgear (E-House)

Modular buildings with switchgear (E-House), manufactured by the "SVEL" Group, are outdoor high-voltage electrical units designed to receive three-phase alternating current with a nominal voltage of 6 kV or 10 kV and a frequency of 50 Hz, subsequently distributing it to end-users in industrial, urban, agricultural, and construction facilities.

Main Technical Characteristics:

  • Nominal Voltage: 6 kV or 10 kV
  • Frequency: 50 Hz
  • Climatic Version: class 1 as per GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543.1-89
  • Maximum Operating Altitude: up to 1000 m above sea level
  • Ambient Temperature Range: from -60 °C to +40 °C
  • Seismic Resistance: up to 9 points on the MSK-64 scale

Design Features:

  • Modular Structure: The E-House consists of several interconnected modules on a common foundation, forming a single-space location.
  • Thermal Insulation: Walls, floor, and ceiling are equipped with mineral wool insulation at least 100 mm thick.
  • Auxiliary Systems: Include lighting, heating, and ventilation (natural or forced).
  • Additional Equipment: Upon request, security and fire alarm systems, uninterruptible power supplies, data transmission systems, and others can be installed.

Advantages:

  • High Degree of Factory Readiness: Ensures quick installation and commissioning.
  • Flexibility in Configuration: Ability to adapt to specific customer requirements.
  • Reliability and Safety: The design provides protection against external influences and complies with modern standards.
