Linear Pin-Type Porcelain Insulator ShF-20G1
The ShF-20G1 insulator is designed for insulating and securing uninsulated and insulated wires of the SIP-3 type on overhead power lines and in distribution devices of power plants and substations with alternating current voltages of 6–20 kV at frequencies up to 100 Hz. Operation is possible in ambient temperatures ranging from -60 °C to +50 °C.
Technical Specifications:
- Rated voltage: 20 kV
- Permissible pollution degree according to GOST 9920: I
- Rated mechanical bending strength: 13 kN
- Leakage distance: at least 400 mm
- Withstand voltage:
- full lightning impulse: 135 kV
- power frequency (50 Hz) in dry conditions: 85 kV
- power frequency (50 Hz) under rain: 65 kV
- power frequency (50 Hz) under pollution with normalized specific surface conductivity: 26 kV
- Flashover voltage in insulating medium: at least 165 kV
- Weight: not more than 3.5 kg
The insulator complies with the requirements of GOST 1232 and is manufactured according to TU 3493-027-82442590-2017. The design of the insulator allows for the direct rolling out of SIP-3 wires over the insulators without the use of rolling pulleys, reducing installation time and cost. After rolling out, the wires should be secured in the groove or on the neck of the insulator on straight sections of the line and on the neck at line turns.
