Fan-Type Three-Phase Insulating Crossarms (TVI) for 6–35 kV
TVI crossarms are designed for securing and insulating insulated conductors of the SIP-3 type on intermediate supports of AC overhead power lines with voltages of 6–35 kV and frequencies up to 100 Hz. They operate within a temperature range from -60 °C to +50 °C and conform to the UHL 1 climatic version according to GOST 15150.
Design and Features:
- High factory readiness: Crossarms are supplied with a clamp and necessary fasteners, simplifying installation.
- Simplified conductor deployment: The design allows for the deployment of SIP-3 conductors directly over the central insulator, including outer phase conductors, without the use of deployment rollers, reducing installation time and cost.
Modifications and Technical Specifications:
Crossarms are manufactured for various voltage classes:
- 6–10 kV: According to TU 3494-007-82442590-2008.
