VVG, AVVG Power Cables
VVG and AVVG power cables are designed for reliable electrical energy transmission and distribution in fixed installations with a variety of materials and configurations.

- Material: Aluminum (A) or copper
- Shape: Round or sector-shaped, stranded or solid
- Cross-section (Aluminum):
- Solid: 2.5–70 sq. mm
- Stranded round: 25–1000 sq. mm
- Stranded sector-shaped: 25–300 sq. mm
- Cross-section (Copper):
- Solid: 1.5–16 sq. mm
- Stranded round: 16–1000 sq. mm
- Stranded sector-shaped: 25–300 sq. mm
- Insulation:
- PVC compound (B) or cross-linked polyethylene (Pv)
- Cores Assembly:
- Two, three, four, and five cores laid-up
- Inner Filling:
- Non-vulcanized rubber compound or PVC compound for cables without armor or screen
- Extruded PVC compound or PVC tapes for cables with armor or screen
- Screen:
- Copper wires and binding copper tape, or two copper tapes/copper foil
- Separating Layer:
- Crepe paper, cable paper, rubberized fabric, or polypropylene tape for cables with a screen
- Inner Sheath:
- PVC compound for cables with screen and armor
- Armor:
- Steel zinc-coated tapes or wires
- Aluminum or aluminum alloy wires
- Sheath:
- PVC compound
Application:Designed for transmission and distribution of electrical energy in fixed installations for AC voltages of 0.66, 1, 3, and 6 kV with a frequency of 50 Hz. Suitable for single cable lines in structures and premises with mandatory fire protection for group laying. Can be laid without level difference limitations, including vertical sections. Fire hazard class O1.8.2.5.4 (GOST 31565-2012).
