Voltage Indication Device UIN IORPEL-10
The UIN IORPEL-10 voltage indication device is designed for visual, audible, relay, and digital monitoring of voltage presence on live parts of electrical installations with a nominal voltage up to 10 kV and a frequency up to 60 Hz. It is developed for use in switchgear cabinets such as KRU, KSO, and other connections, complying with the technical specifications TU 27.90–02–53844979–2019.
Device Components:
- ZV-200 Indication Module: equipped with LED indicators for each phase (L1, L2, L3), an external power supply indicator, and connectors for external phase matching devices. The module provides voltage presence indication without the need for external power, audible signaling when the high-voltage compartment door is opened (when connected to a limit switch), relay signaling, and digital indication via an RS-485 interface supporting Modbus RTU protocol.
- Capacitive Electrodes IORPEL-10: connected between phases and the grounded body of the electrical installation. The electrodes are based on polymer insulators, offering high strength and low weight. They have extremely low capacitance, ensuring a high level of operational safety.
- Connecting Cables: provide the connection between the electrodes and the indication module.
Technical Specifications:
- Activation Voltage Threshold: 45% of nominal voltage.
- Device Power Supply Range: DC/AC from 77/55 to 390/276 V.
- Nominal Operating Current of Relay Contact: at AC/DC 220 V — 3/0.1 A.
- Audible Signal Level: at least 70 dB.
- Operating Temperature Range: from -40 to +60 °C.
- Relative Air Humidity: from 30% to 80%.
- Dimensions of Indication Module: 96×49×40 mm.
Advantages:
- Safety: low capacitance of the electrodes ensures operational
