The AПвП and ПвП power cables
The AПвП and ПвП power cables are designed for the transmission and distribution of electrical energy in stationary installations with a nominal alternating voltage of 6, 10, 15, 20, and 35 kV at a frequency of 50 Hz in networks with grounded and isolated neutrals.
Main structural elements:
- Conductor: round, multi-wire compacted, made of aluminum (AПвП) or copper (ПвП) with a cross-section ranging from 35 to 300 sq.mm.
- Conductor screen: made of extruded peroxide-crosslinked polyethylene composition.
- Insulation: made of peroxide-crosslinked polyethylene (Pв).
- Insulation screen: made of extruded peroxide-crosslinked polyethylene composition.
- Separator layer: for cables without the "г" index — made of conductive paper tape or conductive polymer tape; for cables with the "г" index — made of conductive water-blocking tape with overlap.
- Copper wire screen: with a cross-section of at least 16 sq.mm for cables with conductor cross-sections of 35–120 sq.mm; at least 25 sq.mm for cross-sections of 150–300 sq.mm; at least 35 sq.mm for cross-sections above 300 sq.mm.
- Interphase filling: for cables with the "нг" index — made of flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride plasticate; for "нг-LS" — made of low-smoke flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride plasticate; for "нг-HF" — made of halogen-free polymer composition; for others — made of mineral-filled unvulcanized rubber compound or polyvinyl chloride plasticate.
- Inner sheath: for armored cables with a protective polyethylene hose — made of mineral-filled unvulcanized rubber compound, polyvinyl chloride plasticate, or polyethylene; for cables with the "нг" index — made of flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride plasticate; for "нг-LS" — made of low-smoke flame-retardant polyvinyl chloride plasticate; for "нг-HF" — made of halogen-free polymer composition.
- Outer sheath: for cables with the "П" index — made of polyethylene; for "Пу" — made of polyethylene with increased thickness; for "В" — made
