KVVG, AKVVG Control Cables

KVVG and AKVVG control cables are used for signal transmission and control in various installations, providing reliable performance in different environments.

Main Design Elements:

  1. Conductor:
    • Material: Aluminum (A), copper
    • Cross-section (Aluminum):
      • 2.5 sq. mm: 4, 5, 7, 10, 14, 19, 27, 37, 52, 61 conductors
      • 4-10 sq. mm: 4, 5, 7, 10, 14 conductors
    • Cross-section (Copper):
      • 0.75-2.5 sq. mm: 4, 5, 7, 10, 14, 19, 27, 37, 52, 61 conductors
      • 4-10 sq. mm: 4, 5, 7, 10, 14 conductors
  2. Insulation:
    • PVC compound (B) or cross-linked polyethylene (Пв)
  3. Cores Assembly:
    • Cores laid-up in layers, each containing a marker pair with distinct colors
  4. Inner Filling:
    • For (A)KVVGz cables: PVC compound
    • For armored or screened cables: extruded PVC compound or PVC tapes
  5. Screen:
    • For (A)KVVP and (A)KPvVG cables: two copper tapes or copper foil, or aluminum foil with an overlapping copper wire
  6. Armor:
    • Zinc-coated steel tapes or wires, aluminum wires, or aluminum alloy wires
  7. Sheath:
    • Polyvinyl chloride (в) or polyethylene (п)

Application:Designed for laying in cable premises, ducts, tunnels, and aggressive environments without mechanical stress. Suitable for ground laying with surface protection. Fire hazard class O1.8.2.5.4 (GOST 31565-2012).
