Intelligent Unit Operation Control System ISKRA-1M

The ISKRA-1M Intelligent Unit Operation Control System, developed by RUSELPROM, is designed for monitoring the condition of rotary equipment such as electric motors, pumps, compressors, and fans. The system is a compact unit mounted near or directly on the equipment being monitored. It connects to the equipment's sensors and transmits monitoring data via wired or wireless communication channels (RS-485, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth LE).

Key Functions

  • Rotary Equipment Monitoring: Tracks the status of individual units and entire systems.
  • Telemetry Data Collection: Gathers information from the monitored object.
  • Data Analysis and Condition Assessment: Detects deviations and potential malfunctions.
  • Start and Stop Tracking: Monitors operational parameters.
  • Operating Hours Recording: Logs equipment runtime.
  • Trend and Event Archive Review: Analyzes parameter change dynamics.
  • Frequency Analysis of Developing Defects: Enables early detection of potential issues.

System Versions

  1. ISKRA-1M Version 1.0
    • 8 analog channels:
      • 6 thermal channels.
      • 2 vibration channels.
  2. ISKRA-1M Version 2.0
    • 8 analog channels with customizable temperature and vibration channel configurations at the ordering stage.
    • 2 relay outputs.
    • Power outage detection.

Advantages of the ISKRA-1M System

  • Flexibility and Customization: Adapts to specific production requirements.
  • Cost Efficiency: Reduces repair costs through early defect detection and extends the interval between maintenance.
  • Enhanced Safety: Minimizes risks of accidents and defective product output.
  • Extended Equipment Lifespan: Facilitates timely maintenance and condition monitoring.

The ISKRA-1M system successfully completed industrial trials on equipment of ALROSA at the Mirny-Nyurba Mining and Processing Plant, confirming its declared characteristics and efficiency in real-world conditions.

RUSELPROM continues to enhance the ISKRA-1M system by transitioning to a new platform of domestically produced electronic components. This advancement improves the system's reliability and accessibility for Russian enterprises.
