Compression sleeves of the SSIP type
Compression sleeves of the SSIP type are designed for connecting aluminum and protected SIP-3 conductors in spans. They provide a crimping strength of 95% of the conductor's breaking force.
Design and Application:
- Installation: Conductors with removed insulation are inserted into the sleeve up to the partition, after which the sleeve is crimped using the matrices specified in the technical documentation.
- Insulation: Supplied with a heat-shrinkable tube for restoring the conductor's insulation (modification "A").
- Materials: Manufactured according to TU 3449-001-52819896-2017.
