ZAO Insta

LLC "INSTA" produces a wide range of electrical components and solutions, with a strong emphasis on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. The company’s products are designed to meet the dynamic requirements of the electrical industry.

Production Capabilities
Production Overview:
LLC "INSTA" stands as a prominent manufacturer of polymer insulators across the post-Soviet space, with a production volume exceeding 4 million insulators. The facility is equipped with six state-of-the-art injection molding machines, allowing a monthly output of approximately 50,000 polymer insulators, alongside six transfer molding presses that produce an additional 20,000 items per month.

Technological Equipment:
The end fitting pressing workshop is outfitted with five advanced radial crimping units, each with ultrasonic quality control systems, along with three flange crimping stands, and a variety of molding tools and equipment. This sophisticated setup ensures precise and reliable component production.

Quality Assurance:
Quality control measures are stringent and include testing of purchased components, detailed in-process inspections, and final acceptance tests. These tests are conducted by the factory’s Quality Control (QC) department and a testing center accredited by the Federal Accreditation Service. The center can carry out a wide range of tests that comply with GOST standards and IEC regulations, ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality requirements.

Integration:
In 2009, "INSTA" joined the "FORENERGO" production association, which coordinates scientific and technical activities with other leading enterprises in the industry, including "MZVA," "YUMEK," "Energotransizolyator," "MEC," and "Volta."

Innovations:
"INSTA" is actively involved in the "New Generation Fittings and Insulators" innovation program within "FORENERGO." This program emphasizes research and development for linear fittings and insulators that adhere to the highest international standards and meet the latest technical requirements from PJSC "Rosseti." More than 50 patented innovations have been implemented in the production of these next-generation fittings and insulators, ensuring advanced performance and reliability.
