By integrating specialized equipment into a unified technological complex, the enterprise achieves superior efficiency and quality. JSC "YUMEK" has implemented a program for the modernization of its technological lines, actively developing its production systems. The workforce consists of highly skilled specialists with extensive experience in specialized production.

Technological Production Scheme
The production process involves:

• Batch Preparation Workshop: Prepares raw materials for the glass production process.
• Glass Melting Furnace: Melts the glass materials at high temperatures.
• High-Speed Press: Shapes glass parts quickly and precisely.
• Air and Water Cooling Conveyors: Ensures proper cooling for dimensional stability and quality.

These components collectively ensure that glass parts for insulators meet high standards of quality and precise geometric specifications. After inspection, the glass parts are transferred to the assembly shop, where they are reinforced on a 24-position semi-automatic conveyor. The assembled insulators undergo thermal treatment in a steam chamber for 24 hours. Finally, the insulators are assembled into strings, tested for strength, and packed in reinforced wooden crates. The main stages of production are seamlessly integrated into a single, highly automated technological chain.
